Unit availability changes continuously and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by the developer.

Any possession or completion date shown is the date indicated by the developer and is subject to change. It is not a commitment by us. The binding date is the one recorded in the agreement for sale and in the project's RERA registration.

7. No financial or investment advice

Nothing on this website is investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Statements about appreciation, rental yield or returns are not guarantees. Real estate values can fall as well as rise. Take independent professional advice before committing.

8. Do your own verification

Before making any booking or payment you should independently verify the project's RERA registration and disclosures on the MahaRERA portal, the title and approvals, the sanctioned plans, and the terms of the agreement for sale. We recommend engaging your own advocate.

9. Payments

All payments must be made directly to the developer, into the bank account named in the agreement for sale, by traceable banking channel. We do not accept payments on the developer's behalf. Do not transfer money to any individual or to any account not named in your agreement.

10. Trademarks

Project and developer names, logos and marks shown on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely to identify the project we are authorised to market. Their use does not imply that we own them.

11. Communications

By submitting the enquiry form you consent to being contacted by phone, WhatsApp and email about this project, including where your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry.
