Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data VIKINGS CONSULTANT LLP (“we”, “us”) collects when you use invictus.vikingsconsultant.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

By submitting the enquiry form you consent to the processing described below. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.

1. Who we are

We are a registered real estate agent / authorised channel partner. We are not the promoter or developer of the project advertised on this site. See our Disclaimer.

2. What we collect

a. Information you give us

• Your name
• Your mobile number (used as your WhatsApp number)
• Your indicated budget range
• Anything you type into the optional notes field
• Your consent to be contacted, and the date and time you gave it

b. Information collected automatically

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device type, browser, operating system, screen size
• Pages viewed, buttons tapped, how far you got through the form
• Referring URL, and advertising identifiers in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid)
• Cookies and similar identifiers set by the services in section 5

We do not knowingly collect financial account details, government identifiers, biometric data, health data, or any other sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not enter such information in the notes field.

3. Why we use it

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to make any decision that produces a legal effect for you.

4. Who we share it with

• The developer / promoter of the advertised project and its authorised sales team, so your enquiry can be actioned and a booking processed.
• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business Platform for messaging you, and advertising tools for measuring campaign performance.
• Google — Analytics and Tag Manager, for measurement.
• Our hosting and CRM providers, who store the data on our behalf under contract.
• Government or regulatory authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. Where that happens we rely on the provider's contractual data protection commitments.

5. Cookies, pixels and analytics

This site uses the following. All of them can set cookies or similar identifiers.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them will not stop the enquiry form working.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are treated as having refused advertising and analytics storage unless they indicate otherwise, in line with Google Consent Mode.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiry data — up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
• Consent records — for as long as we hold your data plus 3 years, because we may need to demonstrate that consent was given.
• Analytics data — as per the retention setting in each platform, typically 14 months.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may:

• ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it is being processed;
• ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to erase your data, where we are not legally required to keep it;
• withdraw your consent at any time — replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from us is enough, and we will stop contacting you;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to;
• raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.

Withdrawing consent does not make our earlier processing unlawful, and we may retain the minimum record needed to honour your withdrawal.

8. Grievance Officer

As required by the Information Technology Act 2000 and the DPDP Act 2023, the following person handles privacy queries and grievances:

We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and held with access controls on our systems and those of our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact the Grievance Officer and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be notified to you where we have a means of contacting you.
